The LC1230 is powered by a Makita-built 15 amp motor that delivers 1,700 rpm for improved performance. The quick release "tool-less" guide plate adjusts from 0 degrees to 45 degrees for quick and easy miter cutting. Cutting capacities range from 4-1/2 inches at 90 degrees to 3-1/2 inches at 45 degrees.

The Makita 14” Cut-Off Saw (LW1400) is a metal-cutting solution built for light gauge metal stud and strut, pipe, all thread, conduit, tubing, rebar, and more. The LW1400 features an extra-large spark guard, and a “tool-less” flange removal for faster blade changes and ease-of-use. The 15 AMP motor delivers 3,800 RPM for the most demanding metal cutting applications. It is engineered to cut up to 5" round stock, 4-11/16” square tube, and 4” x 7-5/8” or 2-3/4” x 9-1/8” rectangular tube.

Waterproof cover is attached to the back of the motor housing (the inlet of cooling wind). The lower part (on the base side) and the side (about 2/3 on the handle side) of the window between the motor housing and the gear housing are sealed to prevent water from coming in.

Makita SG150 is used for making grooves in stone, brick and concrete walls, for laying pipes and wiring. When a risk of overheating, the instrument switches off automatically, has low noise and vibration. The main tool handle is covered with rubber - to prevent the hand from slipping. An additional rubberized handle can be installed on both sides of the Makita SG150 shredder. High torque. Electronic system with optical indication. Double protective insulation. The width of the groove is 7-45 mm.
