The 9031 Belt Sander is equipped with a variable belt speed of 656-3, 280 ft./min., for controlled sanding, and a narrow belt and exposed front pulley for use on irregular shapes. The sander also has ball bearing construction for smooth operation and long tool life. Convenience features include a multi-position side handle, and a lock-on button for continuous operation.
