We understand that sometimes products need to be returned for some reason.
If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet shipped, the registered users can visit Orders page and can cancel immediately. The orders submitted by guest user and orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled online. Please contact to inform one of our executive about your concern and whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling. Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation. Cancelling an online or phone order cannot be processed in store.
There are 3 ways to return a product:
1. Online: Registered users can cancel the order through their user account. View Orders option helps to cancel the order if the order is still not shipped.
2. Over the phone: Depending on availability, you can call our contact centre.
3. Email: You can also arrange free product collection and refund by contacting us. Please ensure that you provide your order number before sending your email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
