Return and Exchange Policy

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The original purchase invoice must be presented.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• Return or exchange will not be accepted for products that have been used, tampered with, or opened in a manner that affects their quality.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with specifications, the consumer has the right to request a repair. If the seller is unable to carry out the repair, the equipment shall be replaced or the full amount paid shall be refunded, provided this occurs within the warranty period.

Warranty

The seller sells products under various brand names, which may result in differing warranty periods depending on the manufacturer.

• The seller undertakes to guarantee the sold goods against manufacturing defects or non-conformity to specifications for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, or as indicated on the warranty stamp or the original invoice, depending on whether the warranty period is longer or shorter.
• In the event a manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period, the Seller shall be obligated to repair or replace the product at no cost, subject to the approval of the Supplier or the Original Manufacturer. The Seller acts solely as an intermediary between them, and all procedures related to repair or replacement shall be subject to the authorization of the Supplier or Original Manufacturer.
• In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the consumer shall have the right to a full refund, subject to the approval of the Supplier or the Original Manufacturer, as the Seller acts solely as an intermediary between them.
• If the repair takes longer than fifteen (15) days, the seller shall provide the consumer with a similar product to use free of charge until the repair or replacement is completed.
• The seller is responsible for carrying out repairs during the warranty period in case of any defects.
• As the seller sells products from different brands, they act as an intermediary between the buyer and the product’s manufacturer; therefore, repair times may vary from one brand to another based on the manufacturer’s instructions

Spare Parts

The seller sells products under various brand names, which may result in differing availability of spare parts after the warranty period depending on the manufacturer.

• The seller is obligated to provide spare parts and maintenance services for durable goods for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• The seller is obligated to provide spare parts and maintenance services for non-durable goods for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Qatari Consumer Protection Law.
• The seller acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the product manufacturer; therefore, the duration for providing spare parts may vary depending on the manufacturer’s instructions.

Periodic Maintenance and Responsibility for Spare Parts

• The Buyer shall be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance of the product at their own expense, both during and after the warranty period in accordance with the maintenance schedule and technical instructions issued by the Seller or the Manufacturer, as outlined in the catalog provided with the equipment.
• Failure by the Buyer to perform the required maintenance, misuse of the product or to comply with the specified technical guidelines shall constitute valid grounds for exclusion from the warranty coverage. In such cases, the Supplier shall be relieved of any obligation to repair or replace under the warranty.
• The Buyer shall bear all costs related to the replacement or repair of any worn-out or damaged parts resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or negligence, whether during the warranty period or thereafter, unless the defect is proven to be due to a manufacturing fault.
• Performing periodic maintenance or replacing damaged parts shall not result in any extension or renewal of the warranty period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product’s warranty terms.

Proper Usage

Some tools or devices sold may be hazardous or harmful if used improperly. Therefore:

• The buyer bears full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the product.
• The product must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the operating instructions.
• The seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse or negligence.
• The buyer shall bear the costs of repairs and spare parts in cases of misuse or negligence.

Inspection and Notification

• The buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the product before purchase and received it in good condition and in conformity with specifications.
• If any defect or malfunction appears, the buyer must cease using the product and contact the authorized service center. Using non-original parts for repairs or unauthorized replacements may cause damage to the product, void the warranty, and pose a safety risk.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for the intended purpose before purchase.

Limitation of Seller’s Liability

• The consumer may also seek recourse against the manufacturer or the official agent if there is legal justification.
• The seller is considered an intermediary between the buyer and the manufacturer in the event of any dispute during the warranty period, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Installment / Credit

• The buyer is obliged to pay the installments on time. In case of delay of more than five (5) days from the due date, a late fee of up to 1% of the installment value per month of delay will be applied.
• Goods sold on installment remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.
• Delivery of the product shall be considered a conditional loan for use, subject to full payment.
• The buyer may not dispose of, relocate, or use the product for a purpose other than intended without written consent from the seller.
• In case of the buyer’s breach of payment terms, the seller has the right to repossess the product, evaluate it, and set off its value against the remaining balance, in compliance with the law.
• The seller’s records and official documents shall serve as the primary reference in establishing outstanding amounts.
• The buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted all terms related to the installment sale, including the cash price, installment price, number of installments, term, total cost, any down payment, and applicable interest. The buyer’s signature on this contract or on the credit facility application—whether permanent or temporary—constitutes an express acknowledgment of receiving all information related to the installment plan in accordance with the provisions of the Qatari Consumer Protection Law. The buyer confirms full commitment to pay the due installments on time and assumes full legal responsibility in the event of any breach of the agreement terms.
