The DSC102 is a cordless threaded rod cutter which can be powered by Makita’s 14.4v or 18v LXT Lithium ion power tool batteries (not included). It has an automatic blade stop mechanism, whereby the blades return to a fully open position for rapid, frustration-free operation, and an adjustable rod guide which helps with stable setting of the rod for precise cutting.
